We are all sinners and even when we have been made righteous though Jesus Christ, we will still fall into sin and fail to live up to God’s perfect standard. The key is acknowledging our sin and then turning away from it. It’s more than just being sorry or regretting that we were caught – it’s complete reversal from the darkness into the light.
