2 Samuel 5-7

David finally has full rule over Israel, the Philistines are temporarily subdued, the Ark of the Covenant is in it’s rightful place, and God has given him a radical promise with massive implications. Even though things appear to be going well and David is trying to follow the Lord in 2 Samuel 5-7 there are small cracks and sins developing that will eventually come around to haunt him.
