The plagues continue in Exodus 9 with disease slaughtering the livestock, the people afflicted by sores and hail thundering from the sky. Pharaoh gives an insincere confession of sin so the storm will end but his heart ultimately remains hard. May we learn from the failure of Pharaoh and have true repentance in our hearts.
