Women's Ministry Assistant

The Assistant will support the Women’s Ministry Team with various administrative responsibilities while interacting with guests, staff, vendors, and volunteers.

Qual­i­fi­ca­tions:

  • Ful­fill the char­ac­ter qual­i­fi­ca­tions of a dea­con as taught in scripture
  • Pos­sess strong admin­is­tra­tive skills and oth­er abil­i­ties such as com­mu­ni­ca­tion, writ­ing, obser­va­tion, analy­sis, trou­bleshoot­ing, and a metic­u­lous work ethic
  • Pos­sess a car­ing and com­pas­sion­ate attitude
  • Be self-direct­ed, able to lead oth­ers, and man­age projects
  • Abil­i­ty to main­tain com­po­sure dur­ing dif­fi­cult interactions
  • Abil­i­ty to adapt and thrive in a rapid­ly chang­ing, dynam­ic environment
  • Absolute adher­ence to main­tain­ing confidentiality
  • Excel­lent typ­ing and com­put­er skills, includ­ing knowl­edge of Microsoft Office Suite, Mac-based sys­tems, Pages, and Google Drive 
  • Admin­is­tra­tive expe­ri­ence is preferred

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Par­tic­i­pate in week­ly staff meet­ings and week­ly team sync meetings
  • Work with the Women’s Min­istry Coor­di­na­tor on posi­tion­al and dai­ly requirements
  • Pro­vide the Min­istry Coor­di­na­tor with dai­ly admin­is­tra­tive support
  • Sup­port the Women’s Min­istry events and stud­ies by order­ing, shop­ping, set­ting up, and clean­ing up as assigned
  • Assist with the team’s data­base sup­port and maintenance
  • Com­mu­ni­cate with the Women’s Min­istry Coor­di­na­tor on min­istry needs
  • Col­lab­o­rate with team mem­bers as nec­es­sary to ensure the suc­cess­ful out­come of tasks
  • Help coor­di­nate com­mu­ni­ca­tion with staff and vol­un­teers for events, projects, and studies
  • Work as a team with ACCF staff, always edi­fy­ing one another
  • Oth­er duties as assigned
