Women's Ministry Assistant
The Assistant will support the Women’s Ministry Team with various administrative responsibilities while interacting with guests, staff, vendors, and volunteers.
Qualifications:
- Agree to ACCF doctrinal distinctive and vision as found in our What We Believe/Vision Statement
- Fulfill the character qualifications of a deacon as taught in scripture
- Possess strong administrative skills and other abilities such as communication, writing, observation, analysis, troubleshooting, and a meticulous work ethic
- Possess a caring and compassionate attitude
- Be self-directed, able to lead others, and manage projects
- Ability to maintain composure during difficult interactions
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment
- Absolute adherence to maintaining confidentiality
- Excellent typing and computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Mac-based systems, Pages, and Google Drive
- Administrative experience is preferred
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and weekly team sync meetings
- Work with the Women’s Ministry Coordinator on positional and daily requirements
- Provide the Ministry Coordinator with daily administrative support
- Support the Women’s Ministry events and studies by ordering, shopping, setting up, and cleaning up as assigned
- Assist with the team’s database support and maintenance
- Communicate with the Women’s Ministry Coordinator on ministry needs
- Collaborate with team members as necessary to ensure the successful outcome of tasks
- Help coordinate communication with staff and volunteers for events, projects, and studies
- Work as a team with ACCF staff, always edifying one another
- Other duties as assigned
