Video­g­ra­ph­er

The video­g­ra­ph­er will help in the film­ing and edit­ing of media mate­r­i­al for the Com­mu­ni­ca­tions Team. This posi­tion will serve by enhanc­ing com­mu­ni­ca­tions through the pro­duc­tion of video and pho­to con­tent in var­i­ous forms in an effort to pro­mote the vision of ACCF.

Qual­i­fi­ca­tions:

  • Agree to ACCF doc­tri­nal dis­tinc­tive and vision as found in What We Believe/​Vision Statement
  • Ful­fill the char­ac­ter qual­i­fi­ca­tions of an elder as taught in scripture
  • Strong inter­per­son­al, orga­ni­za­tion­al, and project man­age­ment skills, which should be exer­cised with dis­cern­ment and sound judgment
  • Abil­i­ty to artic­u­late ver­bal and writ­ten com­mu­ni­ca­tion effectively
  • Main­tain advanced knowl­edge of video/pho­to-cap­tur­ing skills through mul­ti­ple types of plat­forms, includ­ing hard­ware and soft­ware uti­lized for media production
  • Pos­sess knowl­edge in back-end util­i­ties asso­ci­at­ed with video production
  • Abil­i­ty to adapt and thrive in a rapid­ly chang­ing, dynam­ic environment

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Cre­ate art­ful and com­mu­nica­tive video con­tent in accor­dance with the ACCF cul­ture and brand
  • Devel­op and main­tain video/​photo work­flows and assets includ­ing but not lim­it­ed to: cam­eras, lens­es, tripods, light­ing equip­ment, etc.
  • Film and take pho­tos for var­i­ous events/​publications, and post-pro­duc­tion edit­ing of con­tent as tasked by the Com­mu­ni­ca­tions Lead
  • Work with our pho­tog­ra­phy, videog­ra­phy, and drone vol­un­teers as needed 
  • Respond to com­mu­ni­ca­tions in a time­ly manner
  • Coor­di­nate, exe­cute, admin­is­ter, and/​or sup­port any projects as tasked by the Com­mu­ni­ca­tions Lead
  • Work as a team with ACCF staff, always edi­fy­ing one another
