Receptionist
The Receptionist acts as the first point of contact for callers and visitors to ACCF. They are responsible for providing a welcoming environment, both in person and on the phone, and ensuring questions and concerns are directed to the appropriate ministries.
Qualifications:
- Agree to ACCF doctrinal distinctive and vision as found in our What We Believe/Vision Statement
- Fulfill the character qualifications of a deacon as taught in scripture
- Strong administrative skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Possess an energetic attitude
- Competent in computer skills, including Office 365
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and seek solutions
- Ability to maintain composure during difficult interactions
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment
- Self-directed
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and special events, as needed
- Effectively perform receptionist responsibilities to function as an ACCF information and communication hub
- Ensure a warm and welcoming environment for guests and staff
- Maintain an overall clean environment
- Follow budgetary guidelines as determined by the approving pastoral staff
- Assist pastoral staff and other staff in an administrative or support role, as needed
- Organize the reception station as a general work area to foster collaboration amongst office staff
- Work with the office administrator on positional and daily requirements
- Maintain and order front office supplies
- Work as a team with ACCF staff, always edifying one another
