Qual­i­fi­ca­tions:

  • Agree to ACC’s doc­tri­nal dis­tinc­tive and vision as found in our What We Believe/​Vision statement 
  • Ful­fill the char­ac­ter qual­i­fi­ca­tions of a dea­con as taught in the Scriptures
  • Strong admin­is­tra­tive, ver­bal, and writ­ten com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills 
  • Pos­sess an ener­getic attitude
  • Pro­fi­cient in Office 365
  • Abil­i­ty to trou­bleshoot prob­lems and seek solutions
  • Abil­i­ty to main­tain com­po­sure dur­ing dif­fi­cult interactions
  • Abil­i­ty to adapt and thrive in a rapid­ly chang­ing, dynam­ic environment
  • Abil­i­ty to quick­ly learn and excel in the use of technology
  • Abil­i­ty to han­dle mul­ti­ple projects effectively
  • Min­i­mum of one year of admin­is­tra­tive expe­ri­ence or in a sim­i­lar sup­port role
  • Self-direct­ed

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Par­tic­i­pate in week­ly staff meet­ings and spe­cial events as needed
  • Effec­tive­ly func­tion as an ACC infor­ma­tion and com­mu­ni­ca­tion hub by answer­ing and direct­ing phone calls and emails
  • Greet guests and staff in a warm and wel­com­ing environment
  • Assist staff in an admin­is­tra­tive or sup­port role as needed
  • Main­tain build­ing cal­en­dar and room reservations
  • Work with the office coor­di­na­tor on projects and spe­cial events as needed 
  • Main­tain and pro­cure sup­plies as needed
  • Sign for, orga­nize, relo­cate, and noti­fy staff when deliv­er­ies arrive
  • Work as a team with ACC staff, always edi­fy­ing one another
  • Main­tain con­fi­den­tial information
  • All oth­er duties as assigned
