  • Pro­fi­cien­cy in Adobe Cre­ative Appli­ca­tions (Pho­to­shop, Illus­tra­tor, Light­room, etc.)
  • Admin­is­tra­tive expe­ri­ence a plus

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Par­tic­i­pate in week­ly staff meet­ings and spe­cial events as needed
  • Respon­si­ble for plan­ning, orga­niz­ing, man­ag­ing, and exe­cut­ing projects from begin­ning to end
  • Respon­si­ble for man­ag­ing mul­ti­ple projects, ensur­ing they are deliv­ered on time and with excellence
  • Respon­si­ble for work­flow and project man­age­ment for a spe­cif­ic set of cre­ative projects, includ­ing design, social, print, dig­i­tal con­tent, web, video, and events
  • Clear­ly define and scope projects and allo­cate resources to ensure effi­cien­cy and effec­tive­ness, includ­ing dig­i­tal and social con­tent, col­lat­er­al, print, video, spe­cial­ty items, and events
  • Iden­ti­fy and man­age appro­pri­ate exter­nal ven­dors, includ­ing free­lance cre­ative tal­ent, devel­op­ers, pro­duc­tion, print­ers, etc.
  • May devel­op and man­age bud­gets by track­ing team labor hours and exter­nal costs
  • Pro­vide qual­i­ty assur­ance for all projects, includ­ing proof­read­ing and review­ing brand guide­lines and ensur­ing that files are prop­er­ly pack­aged for ven­dors and clients
  • Iden­ti­fy and com­mu­ni­cate poten­tial pit­falls, changes to scope, and alter­na­tive solu­tions to the Com­mu­ni­ca­tions Manager
  • Track project successes/​failures after com­ple­tion to gain an under­stand­ing of bud­gets and future projects
  • Con­nect with staff to lis­ten to project spec­i­fi­ca­tions (writ­ten and ver­bal) and trans­late requests into action­able cre­ative project specifications
  • Col­lab­o­rate with team mem­bers to ensure suc­cess­ful project outcome
  • All oth­er duties as assigned
