Maintenance Staff

Are you dependable, hardworking, and ready to serve behind the scenes? We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a heart for service to join our Maintenance Team. This hands-on role plays a vital part in making services, events, and daily ministry at ACC possible.

Required Expe­ri­ence & Knowledge

  • Agree to ACC’s doc­tri­nal dis­tinc­tive and vision as found in our What We Believe/​Vision Statement
  • Ful­fill the char­ac­ter qual­i­fi­ca­tions of a dea­con as taught in scripture
  • High­ly moti­vat­ed, ener­getic, and oper­ate with a strong work ethic/​initiative skills
  • Pos­sess good com­mu­ni­ca­tion and admin­is­tra­tive skills
  • Able to adapt and thrive in a rapid­ly chang­ing, dynam­ic environment

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Par­tic­i­pate in week­ly meet­ings and spe­cial events as needed
  • Assist with week­end recov­ery to ensure the sanc­tu­ary and build­ing are reset for the upcom­ing week
  • Assist with event and spe­cial meet­ing set-up and teardown
  • Ensure that the sanc­tu­ary and oth­er build­ing areas are cor­rect­ly prepped for the next event
  • Per­form dai­ly main­te­nance of the build­ing and main­tain a clean environment
  • Assist ser­vice clean up vol­un­teers to ensure ser­vice flow, chair align­ment, and oth­er clean­ing responsibilities
  • Over­all sup­port for ACC min­istries, pas­tors, staff, and/​or events to include shop­ping, errands, set-up, tear­down, and oth­er sup­port as needed
  • Work as a team with ACC staff, always being edi­fy­ing to one another
  • Oth­er duties as assigned
