IT Systems Technician (Entry Level)
The IT Systems Technician ensures the ACC’s computer systems are up to date and that operation systems meet the current security protocols. They also work with ACC staff through our ticketing system to help resolve technical issues.
Experience and Knowledge Required:
- Agree to ACC’s doctrinal distinctive and vision as found in our What We Believe/Vision Statement
- Minimum of one year in an administrative or support role
- Fulfill the character qualifications of a deacon as taught in the scriptures
- Basic knowledge of operating systems and ability to troubleshoot and resolve staff IT issues
- Working knowledge of security protocols and ability to implement needed systems
- Basic hardware networking knowledge to support Network Admin
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and special events as needed
- Assist in network design and implementation
- Provide network support for all operating systems used within ACC
- Install network equipment, and maintain network connectivity of all ACC devices, along with providing support to users
- Maintain security cameras, applications, services, and settings
- Maintain IT support service tickets within ACC’s IT support program
- Promptly respond to ACC IT support tickets and internal messaging to help resolve technical issues
- Help monitor and maintain internal ACC software and hardware
- Create detailed technical support documentation for system applications and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
