Women's Ministry Assistant
This position entails organizing and coordinating events and studies for Athey Women. It requires strong administrative and organizational skills, creativity, resourcefulness, and effective staff/volunteer/vendor relations. The primary purpose is the effective delivery of events and studies that are supportive and consistent with the direction and vision of Athey Women and Athey Creek.
Qualifications:

- High-level time management skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills, leadership skills, problem-solving, critical thinking, and resourcefulness
- Maintain flexibility to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Highly relational and able to recognize the value of working with and through others
- A strong desire to serve the body at Athey Creek
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and special events as needed
- Communicate with team members, staff from other departments, vendors, and volunteers to ensure the successful outcome of tasks
- Assist with department calendaring and reports
- Assist with the planning of special events and studies
- Oversee volunteer scheduling, training, and coordination
- Assist with expense/budget tracking and reimbursements as needed
- Resolve difficult or complex challenges
- All other duties as assigned
