Creative Media Specialist

Required Experience & Knowledge
- Agree to ACC’s doctrinal distinctive and vision as found in our What We Believe/Vision Statement
- Fulfill the character qualifications of a deacon as taught in scripture
- Minimum of 3 years of graphic design in a professional environment
- Highly skilled with Apple computers and devices
- Proficiency in artwork creation software and AI technology, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.), Unreal Engine, MidJourney, Topaz, etc.
- Knowledge of software and hardware used in a live production environment
- Ability to conduct self-directed work
- A team player with an outcome-driven mindset
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively under the pressure of time constraints
Duties & Responsibilities
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and special events as needed
- Create, iterate, and curate artwork content used for LED screens and presentations, maintaining a consistent theme, look, and feel
- Design artwork for a wide variety of formats, including LED walls, screens, Keynote slides, and digital assets as needed
- Upload content to computers; prepare and help test all visual media in advance of all events
- Maintain and organize design files and assets for easy access and version control
- Assist with Keynote presentation needs, creating presentations with artistic prowess and aligning with the vision of the pastor/special guest to visually support content being taught
- Monitor teachings in real time to ensure content is presented with excellence and without issue, working in close communication with Production
- Proactively communicate regarding projects, and look ahead to future projects and new technology
- Knowledge of Production and Communications Department workflow and technology
- Other duties as assigned
