Duties & Responsibilities

• Obtain and main­tain Part 107 Remote Pilot Cer­tifi­cate, per­form UAS Remote Pilot operations
• Serve as Broad­cast Direc­tor and Tech­ni­cal Direc­tor for live services
• Edit and pub­lish video record­ings to var­i­ous video host­ing platforms
• Resolve tech­ni­cal or prac­ti­cal issues
• Vol­un­teer team engage­ment as Train­er and Point of Contact
• Sched­ule online live and replay streams
• Pro­vide prac­ti­cal and cre­ative input to cam­era shot planning
• Select, assem­ble, and posi­tion equip­ment (cam­eras, rig­ging, mounts, soft­ware, etc.)
• Pre­pare cam­eras and test cal­i­bra­tions, angles, and cam­era move­ments per video pro­duc­tion objectives
• Per­form reg­u­lar main­te­nance and sug­gest sys­tem or process improvements
• Ensure the high­est qual­i­ty cam­era (fixed, robot­ic, hand­held) is used to pro­vide the best fram­ing, angles, or hand­held movement
• Engage as part of a team with Athey Creek staff, always being edi­fy­ing to one another
• Oth­er duties as assigned
