Jeremiah 2:12-13 tells us that the Jews committed two evils by forsaking God and hewing out cracked cisterns for themselves. In the same way, we often forsake God and try to rely on broken things for help today. As we study may we heed Jeremiah’s warnings and seek the true and living water for deliverance from our brokenness.
