Production Campus Lead

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Par­tic­i­pate in week­ly staff meetings
  • Lead Pro­duc­tion oper­a­tions at an assigned home” cam­pus while sup­port­ing addi­tion­al cam­pus­es as the Pro­duc­tion Point of Contact
  • Pro­vide lead­er­ship, align­ment, and oper­a­tional sup­port for Pro­duc­tion sys­tems, vol­un­teer cul­ture, and ser­vice excel­lence across assigned campuses
  • Train and devel­op Assis­tant Pro­duc­tion staff and vol­un­teer teams at assigned campuses
  • Over­see Pro­duc­tion oper­a­tions at the home cam­pus while equip­ping assis­tant staff to main­tain oper­a­tional con­ti­nu­ity dur­ing trav­el or absence
  • Vis­it assigned cam­pus­es reg­u­lar­ly to main­tain con­sis­ten­cy in Pro­duc­tion qual­i­ty, sys­tems, expec­ta­tions, com­mu­ni­ca­tion, and culture
  • Assist in plan­ning, exe­cut­ing, and sup­port­ing cam­pus pro­duc­tion projects and improvements
  • Step in to pro­vide cov­er­age for PTO, leaves of absence, spe­cial events, or unex­pect­ed staffing needs across campuses
  • Col­lab­o­rate with Pro­duc­tion lead­er­ship to iden­ti­fy oper­a­tional gaps, future staffing needs, and scal­able mul­ti­site solutions
  • Assist in trou­bleshoot­ing tech­ni­cal, oper­a­tional, or per­son­nel-relat­ed issues across campuses
  • Sup­port week­end ser­vices, rehearsals, spe­cial events, and cam­pus Pro­duc­tion-relat­ed ini­tia­tives as needed
  • Assist in main­tain­ing Pro­duc­tion stan­dards relat­ed to audio, video, light­ing, stream­ing, media, and stage systems
  • Pro­mote vol­un­teer engage­ment by serv­ing as a train­er, men­tor, and point of con­tact for cam­pus Pro­duc­tion teams
  • Engage as part of a uni­fied team with Athey staff, always being edi­fy­ing to one another
  • Ful­fill all Pro­duc­tion duties through tem­po­rary or extend­ed assign­ment to any Athey Creek cam­pus loca­tion, help­ing pro­vide, strength­en, and sus­tain Pro­duc­tion sys­tems, vol­un­teer cul­ture, ser­vice excel­lence, and spe­cial event sup­port as needed
  • All oth­er duties as assigned
