Required Expe­ri­ence & Knowledge

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Over­see and man­age the Kids Min­istry dur­ing ser­vices on week­ends and Wednes­days, includ­ing being present and avail­able dur­ing services
  • Recruit, sched­ule, train, and dis­ci­ple volunteers
  • Work with the direc­tor and pro­gram leads to help man­age Athey Kids logis­tics, includ­ing sched­ules, ven­dors, and supplies
  • Pro­vide lead­er­ship and sup­port for large events
  • Main­tain ongo­ing qual­i­ty com­mu­ni­ca­tions with the Kids Min­istry Team, vol­un­teers, and parents
  • Devel­op an annu­al bud­get and man­age funds for the fis­cal year
  • Eval­u­ate age-appro­pri­ate pro­gram mate­ri­als, equip­ment, sup­plies, and space for Athey Kids
  • Work as a team with ACC staff, always edi­fy­ing one another
  • Oth­er duties as assigned
