Women’s Min­istry Admin­is­tra­tive Assistant

The Admin­is­tra­tive Assis­tant will sup­port the Women’s Min­istry Team with var­i­ous admin­is­tra­tive respon­si­bil­i­ties while inter­act­ing with con­gre­gants, staff, ven­dors, and volunteers.

Qual­i­fi­ca­tions:

  • Agree to the ACCF doc­tri­nal dis­tinc­tive and vision as found in our What We Believe/​Vision Statement 
  • Ful­fill the char­ac­ter qual­i­fi­ca­tions of a dea­con as taught in the scriptures 
  • Pos­sess strong admin­is­tra­tive skills and oth­er abil­i­ties, such as com­mu­ni­ca­tion, writ­ing, obser­va­tion, analy­sis, trou­bleshoot­ing, and a metic­u­lous work ethic 
  • Pos­sess an ener­getic and car­ing attitude 
  • Self-direct­ed
  • Sched­ule and task-focused; able to pri­or­i­tize and com­plete duties using track­ing soft­ware, lists, etc. 
  • Abil­i­ty to main­tain com­po­sure dur­ing dif­fi­cult interactions 
  • Abil­i­ty to adapt and thrive in a rapid­ly chang­ing, dynam­ic environment 
  • Absolute adher­ence to main­tain­ing confidentiality 
  • Demon­stra­ble com­pe­tence in com­put­er skills, includ­ing MS Office, Pages, and typing 
  • 3+ years of expe­ri­ence as an office assistant 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Par­tic­i­pate in week­ly staff and team sync meetings 
  • Work with the Women’s Lead on posi­tion­al and dai­ly requirements 
  • Effec­tive­ly per­form Admin­is­tra­tive Assis­tant respon­si­bil­i­ties to serve as a Women’s Min­istry infor­ma­tion and com­mu­ni­ca­tion hub
  • Sup­port Women’s Min­istry events and stud­ies by order­ing, shop­ping, set­ting up, and clean­ing up as assigned 
  • Assist with min­istry data­base sup­port and maintenance 
  • Com­mu­ni­cate with the Lead on min­istry needs 
  • Help coor­di­nate com­mu­ni­ca­tion with vol­un­teers in prepa­ra­tion for events and studies 
  • Work as a team with ACCF staff, always edi­fy­ing others

Sched­ule:

Mon­day-Fri­day, includ­ing some week­ends and evenings

Full-time
