Project Coordinator — Production
The Project Coordinator will lead the day-to-day management of projects within the Production department. This role is responsible for prioritizing projects and deliverables, developing and maintaining systems and timelines, and communicating clearly and quickly between other departments and outside vendors/contracts. The Project Coordinator is a highly organized, assertive, dedicated member of the Production Team. This person is committed to helping move the team forward by identifying and delivering on priorities across all lines of the department while always looking to continuously improve and refine our processes.
Qualifications:

- Fulfill the character qualifications of a deacon as taught in the scriptures
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and deliver results under tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate clearly and quickly, especially via email
- Strong personal and team time management skills
- Highly strategic; proven proficiency in planning and coordinating abilities
- Problem solver (critical thinker, tenacious, resourceful)
- Quick learner, self-initiator, hardworking, well organized, adaptable, and possesses a healthy assertiveness
- Proactive and detail-oriented; ability to work successfully under pressure
- Ability to craft effective messaging and coordinate input from multiple sources
- Administrative experience a plus
- Excellent with Mac-based systems, Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of and experience with live production infrastructures, installations, and operations a plus
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and special events as needed
- Responsible for planning, organizing, managing, and executing projects from beginning to end
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and with excellence
- Act as communications liaison with other departments, as well as outside vendors and contracted businesses
- Identify and communicate potential pitfalls, changes of scope, and alternative solutions to the Production Director
- Track project successes/failures after completion to gain an understanding of budgets and future projects
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful project outcomes
- May develop and manage budgets by tracking team labor hours and external costs
