IT Support Specialist I
The IT Support Specialist ensures that ACCF’s computer systems are up to date and that operating systems meet the current security protocols. They also work with ACCF staff through our ticketing system to help resolve technical issues.
Qualifications:
- Agree to ACCF’s doctrinal distinctive and vision as found in the What We Believe/Vision Statement
- Minimum of one year in a administrative or support role
- Fulfill the character qualifications of a deacon as taught in scripture
- Basic knowledge of operating systems and ability to troubleshoot and resolve staff IT issues
- Working knowledge of security protocols and ability to implement needed systems
- Basic hardware networking knowledge to support Network Admin
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and special events as needed
- Assist in network design and implementation
- Provide network support for all operating systems used within ACCF
- Install network equipment, and maintain network connectivity of all ACCF devices, along with providing support to users
- Maintain security cameras, applications, services, and settings
- Maintain IT support service tickets within ACCF’s IT support program
- Promptly respond to ACCF IT support tickets and internal messaging to help resolve technical issues
- Help monitor and maintain internal ACCF software and hardware
- Create detailed technical support documentation for system applications and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
