Maintenance Technician I
Assists the Building Supervisor and other maintenance staff with the maintenance of ACCF building(s) and immediately adjacent grounds, and supports building events as needed.

- Fulfill the character qualifications of a deacon as taught in scripture
- Highly motivated and energetic with a strong work ethic and ability to take initiative
- Maintain good communication and administrative skills
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide weekday service recovery, including personally ensuring that the sanctuary and building are reset for the upcoming weekend.
- Personally ensure that the sanctuary and other building areas are correctly and completely prepared for the next event
- Perform daily maintenance of the building, ensuring a maintained, clean, and safe environment
- Perform tasks before, during, and after services, such as aligning chairs, trash removal, or other cleaning responsibilities
- Cheerfully support ACCF ministries, pastors, staff, and/or events, including shopping, errands, set-up, tear-down, or other support as needed
- Work as a team with ACCF staff, always being edifying to one another
- Perform daily tasks related to janitorial and grounds services (landscaping, parking lot, exterior of buildings)
- Respond to needs that arise from inclement weather (snow removal, flooding, emergency shelter, etc.)
